Mists of Kor'Domon, back when the world had little to no magic, and the power they had was by channeling spirits (3.X Incarnum, Truespeaking, etc).
+0 LA: Killoren, Humans, Earth Dwarves, Shifter, Kobolds
+1 LA: Diopsid, Hobgoblin
The Golden Tyranny, rise of the first deity, and the world had some divine magic (Druids, Clerics/Favored Souls/Paladins of Goldenza, a Chaotic Evil Deity).
+0 LA: Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Shifter, Or'Peco (refluffed warforged), Kobolds
+1 LA: Diopsid, Goliath, Catfolk
The Cry of Dragons, an age when the Eight walked Kor'Domon, divine magic is everywhere (All divine magic using classes, except Archivist).
+0 LA: Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Kobolds, Or'Peco, Kobolds
+1 LA: Diopsid, Goliath, Catfolk
The Chaos Wars, a time period marked by the invention of arcane magic and the arrogance of the divine, the gods begin to wage war between themselves, dragons are extinct, and a new deity arises (All divine and arcane classes, except Wizard and Archivst).
+0 LA: Illumians, Elves, Dwarves, Or'Peco
+1 LA: Diopsid, Goliath, Catfolk, Dvati
World of Kor'Domon, 3000 years after the wars have ended, magic in all forms is mixed with everyday life, many have forgotten the past, the civilized people stay bound to their great cities, utilizing teleportation circles to travel between them, the Eight are no longer among the people and the last remaining dragon has stayed in his tower, where arcane magic is taught, a "cult" has developed psionics(No magic restrictions).
+0 LA: Illumians, Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Or'Peco, Orcs
+1 LA: Diopsid, Goliath, Catfolk, Dvati
Age of Cinders, a period of time far in the future of Kor'Domon. The gods and spirits have truly fallen, casting of any form no longer works, and life is struggling to move on. Some still search for and fight to the death over the worlds remaining magic items. Charged items like wands or scrolls are considered artifacts and still work until they run out of charges.
+0 LA: Desert Elves, Earth Dwarves, Orc, Changelings
+1 LA: Arthasian Humans (Replace Psionic powers with bonus feat), Diopsid, Goliath
Rulings and Variants:
Sorcerers use the Spell Point Variant without vitalizing and are available for play during the The Cry of Dragons.
Damage Conversion is in play.
As what is supposed to be default, Psionics are Magic.
Lesser Planetouched is in effect.
Generic Classes are available options.
So are Prestigious Character Classes.
To avoid debate, Dragonwrought Kobolds aren't True Dragons in Kor'Domon
Me and Pathfinder:
To be honest, I don't know much about Pathfinder, but I'll let it in play if players let me know what they are using and give me some time to understand it.
Also, due to my lack of familiarity, 3.5 rules and classes trump Pathfinder versions. That is unless the Pathfinder version makes more sense after I am given time to look it over, in which case it will be an exception and all instances will be changed to using that.
Edit: Cleaned up the post a bit.
