All of those Backgrounds are from the Exodus Survivor's Guide 1.5 except the expanded Cultist backgrounds, the expanded Mutant Defector background, the Mutant Spy Background, the Orphan background, and the Gypsy background. Those 8 are in the Southwest Wasteland Guide.

Alright thank you I might have overlooked the place where they gave all that information. I'm also wondering do you get all the bonus class skills from your background? That seems like quiet a lot of skills compared to the 2 you get from you class itself.

Yes. Your class skills are based on your Background. You only get 2 skills from your Occupation.
Also, Tag Skills are in effect. They are 3 skills that you choose that become class skills (If they're not already) and may have more ranks than other class skills. Class skills can have your level + 3 as a maximum number of ranks, same as most other d20 games. Tag Skills can have up to your level + 5 ranks.

Wouldn't that mean that it's better to choose a class/background with skills you want least and tag the for you most important skills?

If you were a filthy casual/Min-Maxer, yes.

Thank you, I am not one of those because this is my first character and I hope my skills even make sense, but I was just checking if I understood everything.

And here I changed "min-maxer fag" to "min-maxer guy" in my last post.... (but i secretly loathe them)
Also im doing a Symbiotic Mutant, lizard-style, he's a mob doctor and a chemist, he became a mutie while doing drugs in reno most of his stuff is healing-oriented, should be a good addition to any party.

I'm going for a ghoul marksman kind of guy, pretty all-rounded stat wise just lacks strenght. As for the character should I create a character sheet leaving everything I don't know yet open so you can see if my character makes any sense/is legit statwise?

I'm filling in the saves, and what would a racial passive be. I'm ghoul so I get bonus will and fortitude saves does that count as ability modifier or a misc modifier, the same question for a feat like lightning reflexes.

They'd all go under Misc. Modifier.

Whatever your ability modifiers are for Constitution, Dexterity, or Wisdom for Fortitude, Reflex, and Will respectively.
